2. Who this is for
The site and services are aimed at clients in Israel, age 18 and over. If someone outside Israel opens the site incidentally, the data is still handled under Israeli law. This page does not promise rights from other countries' statutes.
3. What we collect and why
- Fit quiz (/start): name, email, phone, training and nutrition answers, and sometimes sex, date of birth, height, weight, and a body-fat category. This is used to build a personal summary and to follow up if you asked us to.
- Booking calendar: contact details and a time slot so we can schedule a call.
- Calculators: numbers you type stay in your browser unless you export them yourself (for example to WhatsApp).
- Payment: cards are processed by 1pa.co. This site does not store card numbers.
- Analytics: page use (pages, rough device type) only after you accept analytics cookies.
- WhatsApp: if you open a chat, that conversation is handled by Meta / WhatsApp under their rules.
Body metrics in the quiz are personal data, and can be more sensitive. They are not medical advice.
4. Who we share with
We do not sell mailing lists. Vendors receive data only to run the service:
- Make.com - quiz lead delivery
- Google Analytics / Google Apps Script - analytics (after consent) and internal sync
- BoostApp - lead / CRM system
- Firebase (Google) - site hosting
- 1pa.co - payment
- Everfit - training app for active clients
- WhatsApp / Meta - only if you choose to open a chat
5. Cookies and analytics
- Necessary: language, quiz progress on your device, and your cookie choice. The site cannot work properly without these.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4. It is not loaded and not sent to Google until you click Accept analytics.
- Change your choice: every footer has Cookie settings. You can accept or reject again.
There is no third-party ad targeting here, and we do not sell personal data to advertisers.
6. How long we keep it
- Quiz or booking lead: while the inquiry is active, then as needed for bookkeeping or tax if you become a paying client.
- Active client: while coaching continues, then as required to keep transaction records.
- Analytics: per Google's settings, and only if you accepted.
- Quiz progress on your device: about 7 days, or until you clear browser data.
7. Your rights (Israel)
Under Israeli privacy law you can ask to:
- See the information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Delete information when we no longer have a business or legal need to keep it (for example tax records)
We do not promise "erasure from every backup on earth" or an EU-style portable export. If you ask not to receive WhatsApp or email offers, we stop. Write "stop" or email the address above.
